FIRST CUT CEREMORY OF DAI NGUYET WHT PILES PROJECT

In the morning on July 17th 2020, at Sao Mai Ben Dinh port - Thang Nhat Ward, Vung Tau City, there are representatives of the investor Idemitsu Kosan Company and the leadership, sub – contractors, included the project committee of Non-Destructive Testing Services Co., Ltd QIS, solemnly organized and attended The First Cut Ceremony of the project Dai Nguyet WHP Piles, in the Sao Vang Dai Nguyet (SVDN) project cluster.

SVDN is one of the projects that left an unforgettable impression in the field of launching drilling platform base, marks new advances of the oil and gas mechanical industry, includes 02 mines of Sao Vang and Dai Nguyet. It is located in blocks 05-1b and 05-1c in Nam Con Son basin, far about 350km southeast from Vung Tau coast, at the water depth of about 120m.

The strategy of reaching out to the far and deep sea is not only for the purpose of searching, exploring and exploiting oil and gas, but also fulfills the defense task of Vietnam Oil and Gas Group (PVN). According to PVN's General Director, although there are a lot of works and challenges in upcoming time, but he believe that with experience and expertise, the project will be completed the next major milestones and put into activities safely, successfully and effective in accordance with the progress of the planned works.
