Through its Advanced NDT Division, QIS is honored to be trusted and selected by TotalEnergies – one of the world’s Top 6 leading oil & gas groups – to participate in the implementation of the Non-Intrusive Inspection (NII) project for four offshore platforms.QIS’s involvement in this project not only demonstrates its advanced technical expertise, but also highlights its distinctive position within the global contractor ecosystem, as this scope of work requires exceptionally stringent technical standards and capabilities that only a very limited number of companies worldwide can deliver, with key competitors primarily based in France and the United States.
The project is carried out during August 2025 – January 2026, with stringent requirements on safety, data reliability, and operational continuity, particularly under harsh offshore working conditions.
QIS mobilizes a team of nine Rope Access technicians (Levels 1–3), combined with UT / PAUT Level II inspectors and API 510 & API 570 certified specialists, ensuring flexible access, accurate inspection, and full compliance with international safety standards.
The project applies advanced Non-Intrusive Inspection technology, integrating specialized NII scanners and robotic systems, enabling inspections without intrusive intervention, minimizing system impact, reducing equipment downtime, and providing reliable data for technical evaluation.
